The Elgar Chorale
with singers and instrumentalists from Malvern St James,
directed by Lynne Lindner

The fine cantata St Nicolas forms the centrepiece of this attractive programme devoted to the music of one of Britain's greatest composers. Also included is the Simple Symphony, choral dances from the opera Gloriana and the ever-popular Ceremony of Carols with harp accompaniment.

The beautiful ambience of the assembly hall in Worcester's historic Guildhall is the perfect venue to enjoy a varied programme of seasonal music to suit all tastes. Come prepared to sing too! A joint promotion with the Worcester Twinning Association.

Handel's Messiah

The Elgar Chorale
with the ESO Chamber Ensemble

The Chorale and the ESO return to this inspiring venue for the seasonal offering of Handel's greatest oratorio. A fine quartet of soloists and the stylistic approach to this work will ensure a performance to remember.
